Friemind is an independent app made by one person in Istanbul. By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Friemind. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it.
You may not use Friemind to harass, threaten, or harm anyone. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service. Common sense applies.
Everything you write in Friemind — notes, intentions, letters, wishlists — belongs to you. You grant Friemind a limited license to store and transmit it solely to make the app work. We do not use your content to train AI models or for any purpose beyond delivering the service to you and your friends.
End-to-end encrypted content cannot be read by Friemind. We store the encrypted blob; we don't have the key.
Premium unlocks extra color palettes, additional sign shapes, and removes the 3 signs/week limit. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google through their in-app purchase systems and are subject to their refund policies. If you have a billing issue, contact the relevant store directly — or email hello@friemind.com and I'll do my best to help.
I aim to keep Friemind running reliably, but I can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time. I'll give reasonable notice before removing something people depend on.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. I can suspend accounts that violate these terms. If I ever have to shut down the service entirely, I'll give at least 30 days notice and offer a way to export your data.
Friemind is provided as-is. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. In jurisdictions that don't allow this limitation, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
If I change these terms in a meaningful way, I'll email you at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
